Her father C.P Chandana who is a Businessman and her mother Shashi Chandana is a Homemaker, she also has a younger sister whose name is Pranavi Chandana, Surbhi Chandana belongs to Punjabi family and she was moved from Punjab to Mumbai after her birth, She finished her early education from Mumbai and she finished her graduation from Atharva Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, while her graduation she made her debut in Television in ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ year of 2009. She always likes to be an actress, She participated in the Indian Princess contest in her college days and she acted in many commercial advertisements. In 2009, Chandana entered into Television to SAB TV’s ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ootiah Chashmah’ in the role of Sweety. In 2013, she played a role as Suzanne in ‘Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki chaabi.. Meri Bhabhi’ in Star Plus. Between 2014 to 2015 she acted as Haya, deaf and mute women in ‘Qubool Hai’ in Zee TV and also she entered into a Bollywood industry to the movie ‘Bobby Jasoos’ in which she played as Aamna Khan. From 2016 to 2018, Chandana played Aniika character in the ‘Ishqbaaz’ of Star Plus Channel with Nakkul Mehta and she appeared in radio program named ‘Spin-off’ toted ‘Dil Boley Oberoi’. Between 2019 to 2020, Chandna makes her participation in Star Plus’s Sanjivani which stared in Star Plus’s channel, Chandana appeared in episode 6 of Farah Khan’s reality show “Lip Singh Battle” on Star Plus. In the year 2019, Surbhi is playing the character of Dr Ishani in the Star Plus show Sanjivani, in which her opposite Namit Khanna is seen. In the year of 2020, she portrayed as Bani Sharma in Colors Tv’s Naagin 5, a fantasy thriller series produced by Ekta Kapoor.
