She constantly needed to turn into an on-screen character. In a meeting, she told that she was only six years of age when she originally followed up on the stage.

Her first short film was ‘Pratha’ which was discharged in 2009.
She made her directorial debutant movie, Man with the Binoculars: Antardrishti (2016), which was screened at Cannes Film Festival and furthermore debuted at Mumbai Film Festival in 2017.
During the shoot of her first film, she chose to cast her cousin Bhanita Das as a 10-year old hero Dhunu in her next film Village Rockstars.Â
While Bhanita was the hero of her motion picture, the nearby young men of the Chhaygaon town turned into her co-entertainers.
